Goals

  • Support South African creators with payments, memberships, and community operations
  • Connect web, admin, worker, Discord, and mobile surfaces around one platform
  • Give creators and managers clear dashboards, support tools, and engagement workflows

Constraints

  • Payment and membership flows need trust, auditability, and clean state handling
  • Multiple .NET services, worker hosts, Discord automation, and mobile clients must stay aligned
  • Some account, settings, payments, and manager experiences bridge between native and web surfaces
The Approach

Strategy

We structured PayBru as a clean-architecture .NET platform with Blazor web apps, domain/application layers, payment services, worker processes, Discord hosts, Redis-backed operational plumbing, SignalR updates, and mobile APIs for Expo/React Native clients.
